Rules for use
Rarity: Uncommon. Rarity reflects the item's power and the level at which your hero is likely to find it.
To use its magic you must attune to it, spending a Short Rest focused only on the item. A hero can be attuned to no more than three magic items at a time.
This wondrous item isn't worn: you carry it or use it with an action.
